Storing and Recycling
Our biscotti have a shelf life of three months. To maintain their freshness and crunchiness, be sure to store them in an airtight container.
These cellophane bags are made from a cellulose film,100% recyclable. Please check with your local council on how to best recycle them. Our bag topper is made of carton, also 100% recyclable.
Return & Refund Policy
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return/exchange within 15 days (starting from when the order was received). The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused and in the original packaging).
We don't cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item if you request an exchange. Exchanges will be subject to assessment and dependent on the level of current stock.
If you'd like a refund, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return/exchange within 15 days (starting from when the order was received). Refund will be subject to assessment and processed within 7 days.
