refund policy
We hope you’re delighted with your products. However, if you receive an item that is not as specified in your Order Confirmation—for example, if a product is missing or the flavour is incorrect—please contact us by email within 2 working days of receiving your delivery. Include your Order Number, order date, name, and delivery address, along with clear photos of the incorrect product(s) and any other relevant information. Please retain the item(s) and all packaging for inspection.
If a genuine error has occurred, we will offer either a replacement or a refund for the affected product.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
